The High-Voltage Energy Storage Harness for EVs is engineered to optimize energy flow between EV charging infrastructure, grid systems, and renewable energy sources. Designed for IP67/IP68 protection and compliant with IEC 62196 and UL 2251 standards, this harness integrates PTFE-insulated conductors and nickel-plated terminals to ensure reliable high-voltage transmission (up to 1000V DC) in extreme temperatures (-40°C to +125°C). Its modular design supports scalable configurations for fast-charging stations, grid energy storage, and hybrid EV systems.
